Day 2 at Mosport

Day 2: Participants can't wait for more track time. SVT sets up their display giving Canadians a sneak peak at the 2002 SVT Focus. Nothing to see...except a really fast Cobra. One *RARE* Cobra. Kris Fairweather gives participants instructions for the skid pad.
Skidpads allow you to feel the cornering limits of your vehicle -- necessary if you get yourself into a skid in cold wintry weather. Round and round she goes... That was fun. Let's do it again! More track time. Here comes Colin!
Parade laps allow guests of participants to see what SVT vehicles can do. Parade laps are often great way of raising money for charities. Autocross events allow the driver to test driving prowess... ...Speed isn't a factor here. It's TIME! (for this driver, it's a Mustang SVO) This SVT Contour takes the corners with ease.
Autocrossing in a Lincoln Navigator CAN be done! The Herd Mentality: Silver SVT Contours! Participants find shade under a hot August sun. An SVT Contour in its former glory (it was rear-ended in 2003). Getting ready to head home after another great weekend!
