Day 1 at the Dunnville Autodrome

It's 6am. Time to head to the Dunnville Autodrome. Cruisin' down the backroads. SVTOA On Track instructors huddle for a team meeting. Joe Q's 1967 American Iron Mustang goes through tech inspection Inside Jonathan L's tech inspection trailer.
         
Richard L. numbers Evan G's SVT Contour. Ed N. puts the race tires on the Thunderbird SC. A Mach 1 from New York goes for tech. Hello from New Jersey! SVTOA - Western New York Chapter Director Chris Manuszewski comes along for the ride.
         
The front-drivers get their turn at Tech Inspection. Mickey Mantus allows instructors to inspect the corporate SVT Cobra. Getting settled in for Ground School. Jason and Riaan register with Alison and Laura. Alessandro and Sharon keep a watchful eye over the helmets.
         
Sean Hyland Motorsports display Toyo Canada and Steelcase Tires 'N' Mags team up for their display. The Dunnville Autodrome is located beside a skydiving school and active airstrip. SVTOA Lead Instructor Jeff Lacina addresses the participants. Eager students listen intently on the day's instructions.
         
Rob Bassett from Promosport Canada shows us the way (the Dunnville Autodrome course map) Presenting your team of SVTOA instructors. Now boarding SVTOA Instructor Ed N.'s Thunderbird SC. All participants must tour the track to gain familiarity with it. Congratulations to Fern on becoming a Junior Instructor!

You'd think this place was a former airport. Lee Abrahamson ensures SVTOA's venue is a great hit. Calvin M. gets set for his first lap on the track. Andy L. watches as wife Sue ventures out in their new Mach 1 Mustang. SVTOA-Toronto Dealer Advisor Ted Hogan is so excited about this year's turnout that he does a small jig.
         
It's Samantha W.'s turn for the ride of her life. Buckle up! Heading into orbit, track style. Let's rock! James D. shows us that even the non-SVT Focus can keep up with these folks.
