Traditional mail registration is also available by downloading this year's registration form. Due to the popularity of the venue and event, it is HIGHLY recommended that you register online.
Refund Policy
There will be a 10% cancellation fee which covers expenses.
All cancellations must be done by email or fax.
Refunds will be based upon the following cancellation schedule:
a. 31 days before the event will result in a refund of 90%.
b. Less then 31 days before the event will result in no refund.
No refunds after August 1, 2009 unless the event sells out.
Participant may transfer their registration to another person as long as that person meets all requirements to attend the event.
This event will be held rain or shine so no refunds due to weather unless the track is closed because of a weather event.
All refunds will be paid by check by Track Guys LLC.
In the unlikely event that Track Guys should have to cancel this event do too unforeseen circumstances a new date will be set if possible or a refund will be issued. Track Guys and all sponsors, their respective officers, employees and agents will not be responsible for any attendees' other related expenses, including hotel and travel.
